Together with the customer, we will view all the areas that need to be cleaned and identify the type of carpet and overall condition. We will make note of any spots and high-traffic areas. During this walk-through, we will explain to our customer the best way to clean and offer suggestions.
Using a professional vacuum cleaner with high efficiency filters, we will remove as much soil, dirt and dust from the carpet as possible. This will prepare it for a better result at the time of extraction with hot water.
Once we have vacuumed the carpet, we apply one of our Eco-friendly cleaning products that breaks up and suspends the soil in the carpet for easy extraction. Fresh fragrance is part of this step.
After a few minutes of dwell time, the counter-rotating brush machine (CRB) is used to spread and agitate the product evenly through the carpet. It turns and lifts the carpet fibers to allow for better rinsing and effective hot water extraction in the next step.
After the agitation step, we perform the hot water extraction where we use hot water at a high pressure in conjunction with a rinse solution on the carpet and extract it with high pressure suction (EXTRA DRY STROKES WILL BE PERFORMED TO AID IN FAST DRY TIMES) to remove all the soil and any residue from the carpet. This is the best way to ensure that the carpet is free from dirt and debris.
Although 90% of stains will likely be removed by steps 3, 4 and 5, certain stains will require special spotting and stain removals and will be addressed accordingly with you, the customer. We will try our best to remove each and every stain as you direct.
We will use either a carpet rake or a CRB (counter rotating brush) to lift the carpet pile back to its natural state and to evenly spread the protectant if you select this option.
Lastly, we review the cleaned areas with the customer to ensure that everything is satisfactory.
We will also respond to any further questions our customer may have.
We are so glad to hear from you! Someone will be in touch to talk more soon.
Thank you!
