OUR PROCESS

  • Step 2 (Vacuuming)

    Thoroughly vacuum all cushions and crevices to remove loose debris and soil.

  • Step 3 (Pre-Spray & Pre-Spot Treatment)

    Application of a preconditioning agent to emulsify and break down soiled areas. Spots are pre-treated with specific products for a more thorough cleaning and greater chance of removal.

  • Step 4 (Agitation)

    A brush and other tools are used to agitate and further loosen the soil.

  • Step 5 (Soil Extraction and Rinse)

    The upholstery is then thoroughly rinsed using a powerful extraction cleaning system. Attention is paid to not over wet the surface.

  • Step 6 (Neutralizer)

    Every upholstery that we clean is pH balanced after wards so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves your furniture soft and fresh.

  • Step 7 (Fresh Scent Deodorizer)

    Typical application is ‘fresh scent’ however, there are many other scents available that can be applied to the upholstery.

  • Step 8 (Post Spot)

    Extra attention will be given to any remaining spots and stains which will be further treated with a specialty solution.

  • Step 9 (Post Groom) *If Needed*

    A brush will be used over the upholstery to help the fibers dry faster and improve appearance.

  • Step 10 (Post Cleaning Inspection)

    We will review the cleaning results with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the job performed.
