We evaluate the areas that need to be cleaned with the customer and discuss what our cleaning process will be. We also will mask off and protect any surfaces that may potentially be damaged by cleaning process.

We have the latest chemistry behind our cleaners and will apply the safest most effective cleaners on the market. We will allow adequate dwell time for cleaners to break down the dirt and debris prior to agitation.

We normally will use a counter rotating brush machine to scrub and breakup the stubborn areas, while using hand brushes to agitate the hard to reach areas. Both methods we will have the appropriate brushes to avoid damaging your surfaces.

Our truck mount machine is more than capable of producing enough power to break up and extract the unsanitary debris your floors have accumulated. At the same time, our rinsing solution will neutralize the pH of our cleaning solution to make your floors safe for you and your family.

After the cleaning process, we use our commercial grade air handlers to speed up the drying process so you and your family can enjoy your fresh clean tile floors.

Evenly apply a grout sealer to protect your freshly cleaned grout lines.

After completion of cleaning. We will walk through with the customer to answer any questions or concerns to ensure you are satisfied with our service.
